*Early Entry means you have priority access into the venue before all other ticketholders
(excluding Early Entry General Admission Standing Package ticketholders who will be granted access to the venue at the same time). There is no sectioned off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).

Age Restrictions: Early Entry Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the concert. Participants under 18 years of age may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a Early Entry package) when participating in elements of the Early Entry package.

Re-Sale Prohibited: All Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) Early Entry Packages and contents are non-transferable, and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All Early Entry Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the concert. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please double check your junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Early Entry Package communications, email [email protected]

Packages Subject to Change: All Early Entry Package items and experiences (including any pre-show functions, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier , the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your Early Entry Package may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. This may be well before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Early Entry Package.

Early Entry: Early Entry means you have priority access into the venue, before all other ticketholders. This includes access for the pre-show merchandise shopping opportunity. Exact times will be sent to all Early Entry Package purchasers closer to the show dates. Please note there is no sectioned off area on the floor for the General Admission Standing Tickets (unless otherwise advised).

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the concert.

Commemorative VIP Laminates: Commemorative VIP Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative VIP Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

Early Entry Package Components (eg Limited Edition Tour Gift, Commemorative VIP Laminate): All Early Entry components are to be picked up at the venue at the time designated for Early Entry check-in on the night of the concert.

All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above Early Entry Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
