About the Adelaide Entertainment Centre
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is South Australia’s leading contemporary indoor entertainment venue. For more than 30 years, the Centre has been Adelaide’s home of live entertainment, helping patrons ‘live life live!’ through the hosting of world-class concerts, spectaculars and national sporting events. For venue hirers, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre is one of the most flexible venues of its type in Australia, boasting an Arena and Theatre.
In addition to providing a stage for the world’s biggest stars, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers Adelaide’s greatest corporate entertainment and enjoys a reputation as a leading venue for functions including trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, banquets and entrepreneurial events. The Centre is home to the Adelaide 36ers NBL team and regularly plays host to Adelaide Thunderbirds netball matches.
Conveniently located on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre is easily accessible via Adelaide’s public transport networks, including a free city tram service. Guests are welcomed to the venue in breathtaking fashion thanks to its large dome entry, The Orb—the most spectacular venue entry in Australia which comes alight each evening in a kaleidoscope of colours.
