Age Restrictions: VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the concert. Participants under 18 years of age may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a VIP package) when participating in elements of the VIP package.

Re-Sale Prohibited: All Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds: Subject to any appliable law (including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law) VIP Packages and contents are non-transferable, and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: All VIP Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the concert. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please email [email protected]

Packages Subject to Change: All VIP Package items and experiences (including any pre-show functions, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time: A component of your VIP Package may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. This may be well before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP Package.

Early Entry: Early Entry times to access the venue and the floor for the Close To You Premium Package (General Admission Standing and A Reserve Seating) and Gracie Abrams VIP Package (General Admission Standing and A Reserve Seating) will be staggered. Close To You Premium Package purchasers will access the venue and the floor for the pre-show virtual experience and merchandise shopping opportunity before the Gracie Abrams VIP Package purchasers. Exact times will be sent to all VIP Package purchasers closer to the show dates.

Artist Interaction: There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day
of the concert.

VIP Laminates: VIP laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

VIP Package Components (eg Merchandise): All VIP components are to be picked up at the venue at the time designated for VIP check-in on the night of the concert.

All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above VIP Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
